How to replace oven lamp, side

1. Pull the front of the side grid out first and then unhook from the back to unhook the side grid.

2. Use a small flat bladed screwdriver to carefully lever the glass out of position to release.

3. Lift out the bulb from the oven lamp housing

4. Use a small flat bladed screwdriver to carefully unhook the securing tabs for the lamp housing and then pull the housing to release and remove.

5. Slide up the protective sleeve and then carefully disconnect the wiring connector from the oven lamp spade. (Note: Take a photo of the wiring positioning/location before disconnecting) Be careful not to damage the connector.

6. Carefully disconnect the earth wiring connector from the oven lamp spade. (Note: Take a photo of the wiring positioning/location before disconnecting) Be careful not to damage the connector.

7. Remove the oven lamp housing. When assembling, repeat steps in reverse order.
